Zulum Flags-off southern Borno APC Rally in Biu

Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno state has yesterday flagged off the All Progressive Congress (APC), 2023 Southern Borno,Mega Rally for the Southern Borno to canvass for President, Senate, House of Representatives and state House of Assembly candidates.
Flagging off the Rally at the township stadium,Biu yesterday, the Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Zulum has called on the people of the Southern Borno to elect APC candidates from top to bottom.
He urged the APC ,members and supporters to continue to mobilize their people to collect their PVCs and educate them on the electoral process .
The governor also presented flags to APC House of Assembly State’ Candidates from 9 local government areas in Southern Borno with party flags indicating that they are the authenticated party standard bearers for the State Assembly election.
He said “I also call on the people to not re-elect all APC Candidates from presidency to State Assembly elections but ensure 99 percent votes, as thus time around we have our own as Vice President.”
Those presented with flags includes Alhaji Yakubu Kimba, Biu., Ibrahim Mohammed, Hawul, Maigari Abare, Bayo, Hon. Abubakar Babale ,Kwaya Kursa LGC Engr. Abdullahi Musa Askira/Uba Ibrahim Musa Inuwa Kubo, Shani, Nuhu Clark, Chibok, Hon Malami Korade, ,Damboa and Abdullahi Buba Abatcha. Gwoza state constituencies.
He assured that if re-elected, he will continue with the good works he started and execute more projects , create jobs and provide additional schools, hospitals, roads, houses, solar energy û and others for the benefit of the youths and women most especially.
Earlier, the APC State Chairman , Hon. Ali Bukar Dalori in his remark declared that Governor Zulum has been accepted and endorsed y southern Borno people while calling on the people to repeat the past and vote for Governor Zulum to continue in office for another four years term to provide more dividends of democracy.
He also tasked the APC ruling party candidates to remained united and collectively win elections next reiterating and acknowledging the acceptance and endorsement of Zulum for the second term next year.
The Deputy Governor, Hon. Umar Kadafur, Senator Mohammed Ali Ndume, the senator representing Borno South Senatorial District at the National Assembly ,and Hon. Mukhtari Betara Aliyu House Member representing Bayo, Biu ,Kwaya Kursa and Shani federal constituency spoke in the same vein clamouring for APC victory in the forthcoming .
