Borno APC inaugurates 8 Man committee to reconcile aggrieved aspirants, stakeholders

In it’s efforts to reconcile all aggrieved aspirants and stakeholders, the Borno state Chapter of the All Progressive Congress (APC), has on Friday inaugurated an Eight Man Reconciliation Committee to meet and listen to all their grievances and come up with far reaching solutions.
The Borno State Chairman of the APC, Hon. Ali Bukar Dalori, while Inaugurating the committee at the Party Secretariat, Maiduguri on Friday said ” the terms of reference of the committee area to invite all aggrieved aspirants at the just concluded primary elections of our great party with a view to listen to their grievances, recommended solutions to any problems that arose as a result of the party primaries”
“To provide far reaching solutions that would avoid further problems as a result of the party primaries, recommend any other way forward that the members of the committee deems it necessary for the progress of the party ,” Dalori added.
The chairman who said the appointment of the committee members was base on their track records and commitment to the progress of the party, stressed that the committee has four weeks within which to complete their assignment.
Speaking in an interview with journalists shortly after their inauguration, the Chairman of the Reconciliation Committee,, Hon. Mohammed Monguno said .” we will do our best to see that we reconcile all aggrieved aspirants within the stipulated time but in case, we were not able to complete our assignment within the stipulated time, we will seek for more time since we still have 8 months to the election’s “.
Monguno who is also the Chief whip of the House of Representatives said in every contest there must be winner and loser and called on the aggrieved aspirants to come and work for the victory of party, as no aspirants will be left behind.
While thanking the party leadership for having confidence in them, assured that they will discharge their responsibilities with best of their abilities and for the victory of the patty in the forthcoming 2924 general elections.
” We will do our best to see that we resolve all aggrieved aspirants and members of the patty in the state, so that we will go into the 2023 general elections united and win all the elective positions “, he added.
The committee which has Mohammed Monguno as chairman , others includes Alhaji Kaumi Damboa – Member,, Sani Kuli Askira – Member, Hon. Modu Kawu Ngamdu – Member, Hon. QS Mohammed Makinta – Member, Hon. Babagana Tijjani Banki – Member, Dali Bayo – Member, while Babagana Malarima serves as Secretary.
