GOV. BUNI RECEIVES OVER 1,200 DECAMPED MEMBERS FROM OTHER POLITICAL PARTIES AHEAD OF GOVERNORSHIP/S, ASSEMBLY ELECTIONS

His Excellency the Executive Governor of Yobe state Hon Mai Mala Buni CON, has today 15th March 2023 (Wednesday) received over 1200 members of PDP, NNPP and SDP who decamped to all progressives congress Party APC.
Receiving the decamped people at the Government House Damaturu, the Governor said APC would continue to receive supporters of various political parties in to the progressives party for the development of the state.
Represented by his Deputy His Excellency Hon Idi Barde Gubana appealed to the defectors and their followers to conduct themselves peacefully and within the rule of law during the Governorship and state assembly elections.
He said those who defected to the party would be accorded equal rights with the old members.
