Governor Buni Was On Thursday Presented With Letter Of National Honour, CON

The letter signed by the Hon. Minister of Special Duties and Inter-governmental Affairs, Sen. George Akume, congratulated Gov. Buni for the honour and recognition.
The letter reads “I have the honour to formally inform you that the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, has approved the conferment of the National Honours on you in the rank of CON (Commander of the Order of the Niger)”.
The award is in recognition of his immense contributions to state and nation building.
This award has no doubt justified the development efforts of his Excellency in improving the lives of the people of Yobe state and contributing to the development of democracy in Nigeria.
Governor Buni dedicated the National Honour Award to the good people of Yobe state, saying, the honour will spur him to continue with the good works by his administration to improve the lives of the people.
